Thank you for considering Carnegie’s for your dinner. Following are some menu suggestions.

Cream of Roasted Red Bell Pepper Soup, Garnished with Scallions

Chicken Breast, marinated and grilled, Garnished with roasted vegetables, and a sauce of mushrooms wine and cream.

Warm Chocolate Cake, served with fresh berries and whipped cream.

$24 per person

Caesar Salad, served with Parmesan and crostini

Beef Tenderloin Medallions, with pureed potatoes, roasted tomatoes,
green beans and a beef sauce

Raspberry swirl cheesecake served with berries and cream

House salad of assorted greens, Parmesan, croutons and vinaigrette

Grilled salmon filet, served with polenta, a sauté of vegetables, and a white wine sauce

Carrot cake, served with strawberry sauce and whipped cream

These menus are suggestions; we can discuss any ideas to suit your taste.
To reserve your space a $200 deposit is due on parties ahead of time.
A guaranteed count is required at least one week ahead.
Prices include sodas, tea, coffee, bread, butter and linens.
